Bartholomew's Tithe

Bartholomew sits upon a throne of velvet cushions in the drawing room, flicking his tail in boredom and occasionally sharpening his claws on the wisteria vines. He allows the Minikin to live, provided they pay the Tithe: polished trinkets scavenged from Elara’s study, the finest treats from her enchanted pantries, and entertainment in the form of large music ensembles. Should the Minikin’s offerings fail to amuse him, he grows restless, wreaking havoc throughout the Manor.

Bartholomew's Tithe is a community-wide effort! All points earned by every player contribute to a single progress bar. If the Tithe is fulfilled, everyone gets a shiny collectible statuette of choice! If the Tithe is failed, however, the reward might be a little dustier...

The Tithe resets every 3 months, regardless of the previous cycle results! In the future, it will align with more Seasonal content!

Ways to Contribute

Daily Interaction

Simply checking in daily and interacting with Bartholomew contributes a small amount of randomized Tithe Points!

Prompts

ALL prompt submissions contribute to the Tithe automatically upon approval by a moderator, with a x2 multiplier for Farthings -> Tithe contribution. The only exception are prompts in the Bartholomew's Tithe category, which have a x4 multiplier!

Music Items

Attach Music Items to your prompt submissions and complete the accompanying art or writing challenge to earn a significant bonus in Tithe Points (100+).

Treat & Trinket Items

Directly donate Treats and Trinkets to earn Tithe Points! Point values vary based on the item rarity.

If The Tithe is Fulfilled

Bartholomew is satisfied! Players can pick up a Statuette Mold from The Little Gatherer to collect a Pristine or Patched Statuette of choice.

If The Tithe is Failed

Bartholomew grows restless and begins to knock things over. Players can pick up a Patched Statuette Mold from The Little Gatherer to collect a randomized Patched Statuette.

Seasons & Collectible statuettes

Participating in the Tithe is the only way to collect cat statuettes! Complete your Pristine and Patched Statuette collections to earn exclusive rewards, or trade and donate unwanted statuettes back to the Tithe for points (150 points per Pristine Statuette, 30 points for Patched Statuette). Displayed below are the Pristine Statuettes belonging to each season!
