What is Lockheart Legacy?
Lockheart Legacy is an ARPG (Art Roleplay Game) where you "play" through art and writing. Your creative entries will reward you with in-game currency, EXP, and items, which you can use to create and upgrade your own characters!What are Minikin?
Minikin (little clockwork mice!) are the playable characters of this ARPG. They are a closed species: a type of original species where creating your own characters requires a MYO (Make Your Own) item.
What are Farthings?
Farthings are the primary currency of Lockheart Legacy. Earned mainly by submitting prompt work and participating in site activities, Farthings can be spent in official shops to buy MYOs, design items, cosmetics, and more!Site Registration

Lockheart Legacy is a 13+ ARPG! Registering before you are 13 is considered a violation of the ToS.

It is recommended to use a Gmail account when registering. A confirmation email will arrive within 24 hours.

Link your Toyhouse and/or DeviantArt accounts as aliases from the Settings menu.
No character? No problem!
If you are a FTO (First Time Owner) and don't have a Minikin yet, there are still plenty of ways to play!
Use NPCs
The majority of prompts allow you to use NPCs or others' characters (with gift art or gift writing turned on) in place of your own! This status will be specified in the prompt category's description as well as in the prompt itself.Acquiring your first Minikin
There are a variety of ways to acquire your first Minikin character or MYO!01. FTO Questline
Keep an eye out for our upcoming FTO questline, which allows players to earn a MYO while also becoming immersed in the world!02. MYO Events
We host a free MYO event annually in October to celebrate our anniversary! Other events throughout the year may also include MYO items or even premade Minikin as prizes.03. Raffles
We frequently host raffles on-site, on Toyhouse (spectralswan), and occasionally in the Discord Server (16+). Good luck in advance!04. Sales
Minikin designed by spectralswan or Guest Artists can be purchased with real money from official sales! Additionally, MYOs are always available for purchase over on KoFi.
What can i do on-site?
01. Bartholomew's tithe ✨ Free DAILY
Bartholomew's Tithe is a community-wide effort! If the Tithe is fulfilled, a random bonus is activated. If not, there will be a fun punishment. You can contribute through prompt submissions, items, and daily check-ins! For more information, see this guide.
02. Scavenge ✨ Free DAILY
Check back every day to explore the Manor! Scavenging is a free daily activity that rewards you with crafting ingredients, materials, pets, and more. Most items obtainable through scavenging are also available through the shops or prompt rewards!
03. Prompts
Drawing and writing prompts is the primary mechanic of the ARPG! We highly recommend prioritizing the 12 Cat Questlines to unlock important lore and crafting recipes. Storyline quests are also in the works, with each quest unlocking entire chapterfulls of lore, letters, and exclusive cosmetic items.
04. collect & Craft
Items such as pets and cosmetics can be collected to display on character profiles. Other items can be used in recipes to craft treats and trinkets, which can be donated to Bartholomew's Tithe or redeemed for rare traits. You will begin with several recipes already unlocked to you, with 24 additional base recipes being unlockable through the Cat Questlines!
05. Dressup
Dress up your Minikin with Cosmetics! Cosmetic pieces can be crafted using Cosmetic Buttons, which are obtained through Supply Run and Dungeon drops (UPCOMING). Cosmetics are also directly purchaseable from Pompous Paws and KoFi!
06. Dungeons
(UPCOMING) Dungeons are a custom-coded extension exclusive to our ARPG! You will venture into Elara's dreams with your Minikin, encountering enemies, loot, and puzzles along the way. Your Minikin's level and stats matter, so make sure to gear up before you begin a run! For more information, see this guide.

01. The Little Gatherer
Mallow stocks all of the basics! Here, you will find Minikin MYOs, Supply Boxes, and a variety of scavenged Pets!
02. Potato Palace
All things food related! The Palace is home to Design Items (basic Treats for trait upgrades and redesigns), Wisteria Treats, Pets, (COMING SOON) Ingredients, and Recipes!
03. Pompous Paws
Wanna be the fanciest Mouse in the Manor? Beau and Coco sell a variety of fun items such as Character Titles, Music, and Cosmetics!
04. Cedric's Dungeon Supplies (JAN)
Your one-stop-shop to gear up for the Dungeons! Cedric stocks his famous loot crate, Cedric's Surprise, plus various Dungeon Supplies and Gear.
05. CHEESE CONNOISSEUR'S CARAVAN (NOV)
This is the Supporter Shop for Ko-Fi members! Here, you can spend your Shiny Farthings on all sorts of rewards, including exclusive items such as cheese-themed cosmetics and plushie pets!
06. OCCASIONAL ODDITIES
Where does Azimirth get all this rare stuff...? Nobody knows. Anyways, here you will find all of the Current Event exclusive items; grab them before they go away! Every so often, Azimirth will also bring back items from past events, so keep your eyes peeled!
