Profile MNK-104: Arthur

Arthur is a relatively quite Minikin that prefers to spend his time studying the ghostly cats of the manor and other magical happenings. However, start a conversation with him on those topics and you can hardly get the poor boy to shut up! The second set of hands on his clock "feel like someone else's" according to him.
